Sherlock AI by Zenda terms of use

These terms govern your use of Sherlock AI by Zenda, a service of Zenda Innovation Group (3102938414 SRL; “Zenda”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Sherlock AI by Zenda is an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions, analyzes files, creates documents and concept images, and runs automated tasks. It runs on AI models from Google and Anthropic through Google Cloud.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, provide a valid email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Plans, credits and payments
- Free: 10 credits per day (up to 100 per month).
- PRO: 15 USD per month or 149 USD per year, with 600 credits per month. Monthly credits do not roll over. Daily and monthly fair-use limits protect the service.
- Power Pack: 5 USD for 100 extra credits, which do not expire while your account exists.
- Each action uses credits based on its complexity; the table is in Sherlock and on the pricing page. If an answer fails, the credits are returned.
- Payments made with the BAC Credomatic (Compra Click) link are received by Zenda, which issues an electronic invoice on request. Your plan lasts 30 or 365 days depending on what you pay and does not renew automatically; we email you before it ends. Automatic subscriptions, when available, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which may add taxes depending on your country, and renew until cancelled.
- An automatic subscription can be cancelled anytime from “Gestionar suscripción”; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and, for automatic subscriptions, Lemon Squeezy's policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Sherlock for illegal activities, to harm others, to create content that infringes third-party rights, to attack the service or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI answers
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. They are general information and do not replace professional advice (legal, financial, tax, medical or other). Verify important information before making decisions. Zenda Studio renders are conceptual: actual finishes of Zenda products may differ. You can report any answer with the flag button.
6. Your content and data
What you upload and what Sherlock creates for you belongs to you. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, which includes an annex for Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela. Permissions to receive news or share your contact details with partners are optional and managed in My profile → Privacy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Sherlock available at all times, but interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Zenda's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms or prices. We will give advance notice of material changes; price changes apply from your next renewal.
9. Governing law, consumer rights and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, where Zenda is domiciled (San José, Costa Rica). If you use Sherlock as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection law of your country (for example, MEIC in Costa Rica, ACODECO in Panama, PROFECO in Mexico, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in Colombia or SUNDDE in Venezuela).
